Talk to our team

What should I include in my RFQ?

Include product descriptions or IMPA codes, specifications, quantities and units. Add the vessel or project reference, delivery location and required date. Attach any drawings, photographs, spreadsheets or PDFs to your email.

Do I need an IMPA code?

No. A clear item description, manufacturer reference, specification or photograph is also a useful starting point. Include sizes, materials and quantities where available.

Can I combine different product categories?

Yes. Send a single enquiry covering deck stores, engine room supplies, electrical, safety, tools and other marine requirements.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond to enquiries within one hour, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This is an initial response target; a full quotation depends on the scope and sourcing requirements.

Who can request a quotation?

We handle enquiries from ship owners, ship managers, technical buyers, procurement teams, offshore support companies and marine trade buyers.
